The work on 42 unoccupied dwellings in Hospitalet de Llobregat- Barcelona was completed with the ISOLA Externall Wall System” and the main dry façade sheet has ULMA polymer concrete panels.
ULMA Wall External Systems are self-supporting, multi-layered closing systems which solve the complete/integral housing with thermal  and acoustic insulation required in each case.
It is a light dry-mounted construction system that enables the different exterior finish layers to be installed.
At the dwellings in Hospitalet, they have personalised the cladding components and a skin of bright polymer concrete was selected with “Water” texture which draws a few waves on the panels in different layouts, lending a personal touch to the project.
Our slogan is we adapt to the needs of each project, this is why we have developed this system which allows adjustment to the requirements of the Technical Building Code, catering for the requirements marked in each geographic area in terms of airtightness, wind pressure and sound and heat-proofing. As it is a plural system requiring optimisation of each requirement” says Xabier Etxebarria,  the Technical Cladding Manager.
Thanks to this cladding system we can offer personalisation, both in terms of the system and the surroundings.
