Exclusive perforated design at CTE in São Paulo

São Paulo Centro de Tecnologia de Edificações (CTE) is a management and consultancy company specializing in quality, technology, sustainability and innovation in the construction sector.

Its new headquarters, inaugurated at the end of 2019, used a range of high-tech systems and materials both in development and in the end product. ULMA, with its perforated CREAKTIVE range of ventilated facadesystems, was chosen to develop one of the most prominent parts of the office.

The architectural team at Super Limão's office in São Paulo, led by architect and engineer Lula Gouveia, developed the drawings for the perforations. ULMA then transferred the exclusive design to the ventilated facade panels.

ULMA's technical team used the CREAKTIVE range to make the perforations, including the company logo. It also fitted the panels on the office's internal wall using the horizontal installation system. This wall divides the office's entrance hall from the training and events room inside the premises.
