2.3. Newsletter Subscription:

ULMA ARCHITECTURAL will process the data collected in order to send the requested communication. These will be stored while there is an active relationship at commercial and/or customer service levels, once it is finished, ULMA ARCHITECTURAL will delete the data.

In the case that Users provide personal data of third parties, they will inform these third parties of the content of the data provided, the existence and purpose of the file containing their data, the possibility of exercising their rights and they will identify ULMA ARCHITECTURAL as the party responsible for the processing.
